That might be personal development, such as confidence, or it might be how to generate traffic or leads — or even how to market your business on the Internet.

Make sure you find and do business with people who shoot straight with you and don’t over-hype the business or understate what kind of action is going to be required of you to reach your income goals.

A good leader knows how to bring out the best in their team members, and to use the strengths of each person in a group to benefit the organization as a whole, and who can focus on “the big picture”, not just on how many people they can enroll themself.
